The little things in life..

I spent a week in SillyTown..and that was..ok.
Good to see mom and dad and not to mention my sister and her cool kids.
Ah oh yes..I saw SusiBus and DAMN she looked hot. WELL done sister! Well Done!

Ola and Rosie and little darling Isabel held one HELL of a christening for Isabel.
I dont think i have ever seen that much food in one place.
Crazy. And it was MAGIC! I now understand why men AND women have proposed to Rosie after she cooked for them. I SO see their point. Magic. Just magic!

I just dont like SillyTown..at ALL. It completely messes me up..every time.
Back here on the Island all is well.
LittleMan is slowly getting the hang of crawling and has gotten his 3rd tooth...the 4th is on the way. He is a cool little dude and he keeps getting cooler.

I actually slept a whole night last night (Wallstone took care of LittleMan and let me sleep).
He woke at 08.30...yes..correct...08.30...and then had a nap at 10.30 for 30 min...then ANOTHER nap at 1330. Still sleeping!! Wohoo.

I have coffee to enjoy and some TV to watch.

...i´m just kinda pleased with life for the moment.

I have enjoyed a wonderful day with my son out and about

Visby. We spent a good 3h with Susanna and Liv chatting about

the joys and sorrows of life. We even had time to sit down for a

cuppajava at the library. Fantabulos.

Alexius fell asleep as we were heading home ... so no going home for another 30min.

I took another tour up over the cathedral and WHAT a view (the pic above is from our livingroom window).

This island is silly beautiful.

Poor Wallstone has a migrane today and i really feel for the guy.

I have had it myself a few times and MAN does that suck!

It feels like having a root canal, a spinal tap and being sea sick at the same time.

And unless u are into proper pain...that aint the monkeys uncle.

The evening will be spent writing a shoppinglist for the inlaws who are going

to the mainland this weekend...they are visiting Wallstones sister and will be passing

a Ikea. Wohoo! Babystuff that doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

Sooo...we have another 3 weeks until we move to our new house.

Oh yes..u read correctly. We have bought a house.

A fab house close to the sea, 250kvm, 1800kvm garden, a garage and a carport.

OH yes...a little slice of heaven indeed.

The house is in good shape. All we need to do is to paint over the awful wallpaper and get a new kitchen.

..yes...it will prob be and IKEA one. The current kitchen it 1979 original. Kinda cool..but dark brown isnt my suitcase of candies.

AND we bought a car. Oh yeah.

And NO i still dont have my license. So whats the use one might argue.

Wallstone has a very valid license...and who knows...i might get mine one of these days.

I need to get some dinner cooking.

Oh joy and happiness! The first 2 teeth has today seen the light of day 4 the first time. He drools like there is no tomorrow. The Boob twins hopes he skips trying out his new tools on them. Until later.

Jonas is a GENIUS!

We spent 2 magical days in Bjursås with dear Jonas and his stunning wife Maria.

They have the coolest kids.

Stella rocks in so many ways. The comments, the mimic, the vocabulary.

Being 3 (almost 4) is trés trés cool i can tell you that.

Her little brother, Albin, seems to spend his days talking to himself (as no one else understands him..yet), eating yougurt, giggling, protesting something he isnt allowed to do and tops it all off with a nap or two.

AWESOME kids.

No wonder i have to add.

Jonas and Maria. Now there is one plenty cool couple. Talanted and beautiful.

Jonas is my mentor when it comes to photography. THANK you Jonas for the fab pics!

Im impressed beyond words.

We are currently in Nacka visiting my sister...who is off with her family on holiday = we get to use their GIGANTIC house for some well needed peace and quiet. F_A_B!

Out and about in the world

I took this picture on the bus out to see friend in SillyTown.
It almost looks like me again.
Almost.
I need another year or so to get the fatsuit off..but im getting there.
Slowly.
The rain is pouring down today and i dont even complain.
We have had a few 32C days here the last week so the rain is soothing.
WonderfulMalin and FabWille spent a few days in the heat here on the Island.
They are both magic. Wille is without a doubt one of the smartest kids i have ever met.
And Malin is a true friend and a wonderful mother.

I emptied my cellphone memory card today so i´ll be posting pics like mad from the week in
Sillytown as well as other recent adventures.

Oh yes...i got to sleep last night.
That in it self is almost worth a post of it´s own.
Wallstone took care of Alexius last night and let me sleep.
I do feel brand new. Funny how the sleep-trick works EVERY time.
He is magic my wonderful husband to be. I keep wondering why i´m so blessed.

Those were the days...

Mum was here last weekend and left babypics of me.
I scanned them all last night and wow....what a blast from the past.
Tons of memories came tumbling down.
It was mum who got me hooked on photography and i think grandpa
gave her the bug.
Mum still looks stunning and i look a little less blond nowadays :)

Woderful Malin and CoolWille arrives to the Island today to spend 5 days.
OH JOYYYY! Cant wait for the flight to land at 1230.
She a true friend and inspiration.

fab friends in the U.S.
What a treat!! TONS of fab things for our little prince.
He loves them already as you can see.
We are already using the Onesies, bibs, washcloths and the bath towel.
Thats as far as we have gotten. Lots more to use and play with.
